SALES EXECUTIVE (East Java, Central Java and Sumatra)
Main Area of Work Responsibilities :

1. Market analysis and setting business goals

* Collect market information and competition
* Analyze market information and seek the feedback
* Set business goals based on market analysis and link to the company business goals

2. Provide and achieve sales budget set

* Communicate sales budget with supervisor/peers/related functions to get support
* Set dealer’s target
* Provide clear guidance to directs reports to achieve sales budget

3. Develop and execute marketing program to achieve sales budget

* Set marketing strategy to achieve sales budget by involving related function communicate it with Marketing Lead to get feedback and support
* Develop marketing/promotion plan based on market analysis : demo, technical meeting/ farmer’s meeting, FFD, etc
* Communicate with Marketing Lead to seed feedback/guidance

4. Maintain and build relationship with customers

* Do customer’s call with : distributor, dealer, enduser
* Seeking feedback from customer to have improvement
* Handles incoming customer complaint from field and process it properly

5. Manage inventory

* Monitor product availability in the market
* Provide supply plan to the market based on market demand
* Manage seed obsolesces

6. Implement DPR process to all peoples

Requirement :

* Graduate/post graduate in Agriculture Faculty from reputable university
* Having experience in commercial company as sales or marketing at least 3 – 5 years

* Having planning and organizing skill
